COVID 19 A New Beginning Or A Disaster?

Since the time COVID 19 found its way into our country, my life has been falling apart slowly but surely. What am I going to do? How I will survive?" There is a large group of people who are going through these thoughts, feelings of anxiety and experiencing rough times. Some have or are losing drive, hope and faith. But we also have a group that is taking this situation as an opportunity to transform themselves and their lives.
Yes, this situation can be frustrating and stressful but the important thing is where your focus is. Ask yourself this, "Where is my mind, what am I focusing on and how does it make me feel?" Focusing on the right things will put you in a productive train of thought. This is where you can create an opportunity to learn new skills or polish old skills that you have not used in a long time. It is a great chance to rediscover yourself.
Your belief, thought, attitude and behavior play a major role in life. What we project whether it is positive or negative in our beliefs and thoughts manifest into our reality.
Next time you find yourself complaining about the COIVD 19 pandemic remember to do this, make a list of all the people and things you are grateful for in your life and take your time to do so. Finally, take time to read through the list and I am sure you will realize somethings you took for granted.
Our current global situation may help you discover your purpose in life. How so? We now have the time to engage ourselves in activities that we fancy. Just sit back in a comfortable place and think about your passions. You will come to learn that your purpose has been with you all along.
