7 Simple Techniques To Happiness:
1. Ask
What or perhaps whom is it that you recognize as toxic? When you have discovered the source of the negativity, delete it! In the event that it is a somebody, confront them using a diplomatic approach or gradually pull yourself away from them. If it is a something, dispose of it!
2. Identify
Identify what gives you peace. Is it walking your dog? Doing some artwork? Singing? Whatever brings you joy, do it every day until you notice a positive difference in yourself and life. This is when you will know you are moving in the right direction.
3. Stay Positive
Remain positive and dismiss any negative thoughts or feelings. When faced with an issue, you can tell yourself, "look at the positive side". Stressing does not change the issue but rather drowns you in negativity.

4. Express Gratitude
Always give thanks. There are a great number of things to be appreciative of. It could be for the seemingly insignificant details like daylight, the air that we breathe, or the bigger things like a marvelous family or friends. Recognize what it is you are grateful for.
5. Pep Talk
Give yourself a boosting speech every day. When you look in the mirror, tell yourself that you are magnificent, you are intelligent, you are handsome/beautiful and so on. Recognize that there is just a single you and you have direction. Trust it.
6. Focus
Concentrate on the present time and place. Do not dwell in the past and do not stress over what is to come. What makes a difference in your life are the actions that you take now, right this second.
7. Celebrate
Sometimes you may find yourself over criticizing yourself. Instead, praise all your accomplishments no matter how insignificant they may seem. Did you do those 50 crunches like you said you would? Celebrate! Did you do some cleaning up in the house? Celebrate! Each positive advance should be praised.

Start these techniques today, you will see a huge difference in your life within a week. Feel free to share your experiences. Celebrate yourself today!
